The cotton yarn is made from sustainably grown cotton in Queensland, also processed and spun in Australia. Cat dyed these in small batches using natural materials: the yarn was first washed and scoured with eucalyptus washing powder and mordanted with tannin from gall nuts ready for dyeing, the dye materials were steeped and boiled to extract dye.
This batch is dyed with Logwood with a dash of homemade iron brew as additional mordant.

Machine washable
*All care have been taken during the dyeing process, however some residual dye may still remain but should wash out after one or two washes. As with all hand dyed items colour variations between batches or even within the same batch are normal.
